    I’m pretty low-tech. I have a DayTimer planner that takes care of my calendar, to-do lists, contacts, and on-the-go capture (note pad). For my GTD-style projects list I use a 2D layout of small sticky notes, but it’s really just a list. I also use the usual office tools, including the classic Dymo QX50 labeler, ala David Allen.

    For reading books (I try to read a lot), I have an inexpensive Sony cassette tape recorder that I dictate into while reading (usually while exercising).
