Chart energy levels with a time log

Many time management resources suggest using a time chart as a starting point to see how you are actually using your time. I don’t know how helpful this is, but I do think it could be useful to chart energy levels so you can use high energy time for high priority tasks. Notice patterns for physical and mental energy and how it varies throughout the week. Use this information when scheduling activities.
