- Select items to act on this week from calendar, work duties, Project & Goal Plans, home duties, and self development plan.
- Plan menus for the week and schedule items from the Control List
Daily
- Review calendar and Weekly Plan
- Set priorities and act. Make changes and add incoming tasks to lists as needed.
- If there are extra moments, choose items from goal and project plans or control list.
- At close of day, plan for tomorrow. Transfer items from Weekly Plan to Daily To Do List.
